A Rewarding Conclusion at Canton Fair | Hainabaichuan Showcases Cold‑Region Space Capsules at Phase 2 of the 140th Canton Fair, Securing Overseas Orders and Establishing Industry Standards

From October 23 to 27, the offline Phase 2 of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was successfully held in Guangzhou. As a representative enterprise in the mobile housing industry of Northeast China, Hainabaichuan (Shenyang) Modular Building Engineering Co., Ltd. made a high-profile appearance with its self-developed cold-region space capsule series. We showcased innovative achievements of cold-region ice-snow tourism accommodation equipment to global buyers through Northeast China intelligent manufacturing, and shared with the world Liaoning’s development story of turning “cold resources” into a “hot industry”.

On the afternoon of the opening day (23rd) of the fair, Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, and his entourage visited our booth to inspect the Cold-region Northeast Tiger Space Capsule.Yao Chunmei, General Manager of the company, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and delivered a detailed report on the core technologies, performance advantages of the products and our exhibition plan.Vice Minister Ling stayed at the booth for more than ten minutes, inquiring in detail about the product origin, export market layout and overseas customer groups. He fully affirmed and highly recognized our development strategy of adhering to independent R&D, building our own brand, continuously exploring overseas channels and striving to increase the added value of export products. He also encouraged us to firmly seize foreign trade opportunities and achieve dual breakthroughs in export volume and development quality.

The star exhibit at this show, the knock‑down space capsule of the PolarDW series, features its core strength of stable operation under extreme cold conditions of -38°C. By taking outstanding adaptability to frigid environments as its differentiated competitive edge, it drew numerous overseas buyers to stop for inquiries and in-depth negotiations.

As reported on Page A01 of Nanfang Daily dated October 28, our booth received a steady stream of visitors during the fair. According to General Manager Yao Chunmei, the number of buyers on-site far exceeded expectations, with higher-quality foot traffic and greater potential deal volume than previous sessions.

Good news kept coming throughout the exhibition, with multiple overseas orders secured: a Belgian client signed a contract for 10 sets of Polar DW G30 space capsules for rental accommodation in backyards; a US client placed an order for 8 sets of Polar DW28 space capsules. Meanwhile, several prospective overseas buyers confirmed that they would visit our production base in Shenyang on the 28th for an on-site factory audit, to thoroughly assess our production capacity and push forward follow-up cooperation.

On the eve of the Canton Fair, the industry witnessed a milestone: on October 22, the country’s first enterprise standard for ice-snow tourism accommodation space capsules in severe cold regions — Enterprise Standard for the Production of Cold‑Region Space Capsules, led by Liaoning Ice and Snow Hot Spring Tourism Association and jointly compiled by Hainabaichuan (Shenyang) Modular Building Engineering Co., Ltd. and Shenyang University of Technology, successfully passed expert review in Shenyang.

Following questioning and closed-door evaluation, nine cross-disciplinary authoritative experts unanimously confirmed that the standard features scientifically sound indicators tailored to real application scenarios in cold regions, filling a domestic industry gap. The standard will provide clear technical guidelines for the manufacturing of cold‑region space capsules, address long-standing industry bottlenecks including cabin thermal insulation, pipeline anti-freezing and sewage treatment under extreme cold conditions, and lay a solid foundation for the standardized upgrading of Liaoning’s ice-snow tourism accommodation equipment and the standardized development of the ice-snow industry.

For a long time, Hainabaichuan has been deeply engaged in the R&D of modular building technologies for cold regions and continuously iterated complete solution packages for cold‑region space capsules.
