Have you ever seen a modular laboratory that can rotate as a whole? Haina Baichuan has customized a mobile experimental cabin for the Architecture University, specifically designed to test the performance changes of various decorative materials in different environments.
This mobile experimental cabin is equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, which can collect real-time data such as temperature and humidity, and record the entire experimental environment. Considering that enclosed rooms are prone to echo, acoustic optimization is specifically carried out during the design phase. Professional sound-absorbing panels are used for the interior walls, and aluminum buckle panels with sound-absorbing holes are used for the roof. There is also a non-woven sound-absorbing layer inside to reduce echo interference and ensure the experimental environment.

The partitions in the cabin can be disassembled and replaced to accommodate various wall panel samples. The first two sets of experimental racks can be pushed forward and pulled out, making it easy to replace samples. The biggest highlight: The entire cabin is mounted on an automatic rotating chassis, which can slowly rotate and simulate different durations of sunlight exposure for conducting building material aging tests. Reserved line points on the roof can be installed with solar energy in the future to achieve independent power supply.

The research cabin is a highly customized product that requires high design, structural, and electromechanical integration capabilities. Haina Baichuan has a complete set of engineering qualifications, and its R&D team can undertake various special modular buildings, not just camp spacecraft, but also mobile laboratories, field workstations, and research shelters.
The project is still in the construction stage. Follow me and I will show you the finished product in a few days!
