On October 29, the "Focus on Argentina · Discuss New Opportunities" China‑Argentina Economic and Trade Exchange Meeting, hosted by Shenyang Chamber of International Commerce, was successfully held at the 21st‑Century Mansion in Hunnan District. The event aims to build a bridge for connection between Shenyang enterprises and Argentine business circles, promote complementary resources of key industries in the two regions, and help local enterprises explore the markets of Argentina and Latin America. Hainabaichuan (Shenyang) Modular Building Engineering Co., Ltd. was invited to the event. General Manager Zhao Jiying attended this economic and trade exchange activity with exhibition models of space capsules.

The exchange meeting boasted an impressive lineup of guests. The delegation led by Rodrigo Galaz Muñoz, President of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Production (CACIPRA), together with Christian Ashkar, Chief Representative for China, and Diego Galaz Muñoz, Director of Youth Affairs, attended the event. Sun Jinhua, President of the Shenyang Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Shenyang Chamber of International Commerce, Luo Kemei, Vice‑President, and Wang Xiao, Secretary‑General, were present at the meeting. Representatives from key Shenyang foreign‑trade enterprises including Neusoft Medical, Northern Heavy Industry, Liaoning Mulong Technology, Liaoning Guohé Group and Shenyang Feichi Electric Equipment also took part, holding practical dialogues focusing on cross‑border trade and industrial global expansion.

During the exchange and negotiation session, Zhao Jiying, General Manager of Hainabaichuan, gave a detailed introduction to the Argentine delegation about the company’s development. Supported by the on‑site exhibition models, he highlighted the product advantages of cold‑region space capsules and prefabricated modular buildings.
The company’s self‑developed knock‑down space capsules can withstand extreme climates. Featuring rapid assembly, flexible relocation, eco‑friendliness and low‑carbon performance, they are widely applicable to diverse scenarios such as cultural‑tourism homestays, commercial supporting facilities, outdoor camps and temporary public premises. The products can cater to both tourism and resort development as well as the requirements of public infrastructure projects.

The delegation from the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Production (CACIPRA) showed strong interest in Hainabaichuan’s cold‑region modular accommodation equipment. They raised detailed inquiries covering multiple dimensions including product performance, delivery cycles, overseas project implementation and customized solutions. Both sides had an in‑depth exchange of views on local cultural‑tourism development and market demand for modular buildings in Argentina, and reached a preliminary cooperation intent, laying a solid foundation for further business communication and project implementation in the future.

The Argentine Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Production is a long‑established national industrial and commercial association in Argentina. It has approximately 3,000 member enterprises covering numerous sectors such as trade, food, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemicals and tourism, and enjoys extensive influence in the local business community. By virtue of this official economic and trade exchange platform, Hainabaichuan has further opened up communication channels targeting the Latin‑American market.

As a benchmark enterprise for ice‑snow modular equipment in Liaoning Province, Hainabaichuan has previously secured overseas orders from multiple countries through the Canton Fair, with its products sold to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. Adhering to independent innovation, the company delves deep into the ultra‑cold‑climate modular building segment and continuously delivers intelligent manufacturing achievements from Northeast China. Going forward, the enterprise will follow up on the outcomes generated at this exchange meeting, keep refining product solutions tailored for overseas markets, actively expand its business footprint across Latin America, and bring Shenyang‑made products onto an even broader global stage.
